Tender for the construction of the new Municipal library of Setúbal. In an intervention site with 35 600 sq.m. in the city’s core, the challenge was to build an architectural landmark to Luisa Todi Avenue and to the city itself.

Programme: library, recreational & exhibition area, multipurpose room, cafeteria & public space.
